The University of Kansas (KU) through the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center (KLETC) seeks an Education Program Coordinator to support the Professional Continuing Education unit and CPSL. You will coordinate logistics, communications, and evaluations for leadership education programs, conferences, and regional trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus one year of experience or high school diploma or GED and 5 years’ experience.
• Three years’ experience in the management, coordination or delivery of education and/or training programs.
• Two years of experience with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software applications/technology.
• Two years of experience organizing and managing multiple and varied tasks and projects as demonstrated by education, work history and application materials.
• Excellent communication skills as evidenced by work history and application materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, marketing and delivery of law enforcement continuing education and seminars at regional training sites across Kansas.
• Oversee logistics of training events including registrations, classroom setup, and instructional needs.
• Maintain stakeholder communications and track program data and outcomes to support continuous improvement.
