• Reviewing SOWs, amendments/renewals.


• Preparing pre-signature contract comparisons and flag discrepancies.


• Managing DocuSign envelopes end to end.


• Handling key legal operations tasks, managing/closing contract management tickets; small research projects.

Requirements

• Recent JD graduate; bar results pending or not yet admitted.

Salary Range: $28.85 to $36.06 an hour. A successful applicant's actual weekly or hourly rate may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
