Read More**JOB PURPOSE**The Law Clerk at PHINIA offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting the Americas Legal team of a global public company and diversified industrial supplier. Reporting to the Americas Legal team, this role offers exposure to legal priorities directly tied to the Company’s business and operations across North and South America, including commercial contracts, customer and supplier matters, regulatory and compliance requirements, employment matters, and governance, in addition to general corporate matters. This role also offers exposure to a variety of other matters handled by the broader Legal team, including relating to trade, ethics and compliance, intellectual property, cybersecurity, sustainability, securities, corporate governance, and commercial matters across the EMEA and APAC regions.
