Job summary

Martenson, Hasbrouck & Simon LLP seeks a 3rd year law student for a part-time law clerk role in our Orange County office, approximately 15–20 hours per week, with scheduling to fit law school commitments. • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
• Preferred candidate plans to sit for the California State Bar Examination following graduation and pursue admission to the California State Bar

The law clerk will gain hands-on experience in employment litigation defense. The law clerk will work closely with attorneys on a variety of matters, including single-plaintiff employment lawsuits, wage and hour class actions, and PAGA matters.
