The University of Tulsa College of Law seeks an Associate Director to support the Professional Development Office by marketing opportunities to law students and graduates, planning educational programs, and counseling students on career and networking strategies.

The role includes oversight of the Licensed Legal Internship program, coordination of on-campus and off-campus interviewing, resume review via 12Twenty, and leadership of job fairs and networking events.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school and bar membership.
Experience in law school career services or recruiting for legal employers.
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work with diverse constituencies.
Willingness to travel on weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

Provide career and professional development counseling to students, recent graduates and alumni.
Oversees the Licensed Legal Internship (LLI) Program, including liaison to the OK Bar Association and administering exams.
Coordinate multiple on-campus interview programs; employer outreach; job postings; interviews management.
Review/edit resumes, cover letters, and other documents submitted through 12Twenty.
Oversee job fairs program memberships and advertising to students.
Coordinate reciprocity with other law schools.
Provide application document feedback to graduates and alumni.
Conduct mock interviews and lead the mock interview program.
Implement regular professional development programming each semester.
Act as liaison for the Federal Bar Association and other out-of-state bar associations.
Oversee networking events for students.
Lead Student Advisory Board meetings and follow-up.
