• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4 years of related experience required.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized career advising to law students.
• Help students develop employment plans and timelines.
• Review and feedback on resumes, cover letters, and writing samples.
• Conduct mock interviews and prepare students for various hiring processes.
• Advise on employment pathways across private practice, government, and public interest.
• Support on-campus interviewing, recruiter programs, and job-search activities.
• Identify experiential opportunities to strengthen post-graduate employment prospects.
• Support graduating students and recent graduates post-graduation and during bar-exam period.
