Our laundry attendants perform a variety of duties including washing, ironing, pressing, and folding linens. Responsibilities:

1. Place all laundry in the washer and add the cleaning agents as directed.
2. Inspect all linens to identify stains and remove stains with appropriate cleaning products and techniques.
3. Verify that all laundry equipment is in good working order and alert the facilities manager of any repair needs.
4. Dry clothing and linens after each wash cycle according to the manufacturer's instructions.
5. Ensure all cleaning supplies are in stock and indicate any shortages to the general manager.

Qualifications:

1. Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills.
2. Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification.
3. At least 1 year of experience as a laundry attendant, housekeeper or similar role preferred.
4. Good understanding of commercial cleaning techniques and products.
5. We require the ability to consistently lift 20 or more pounds.

Compensation:

$14 - $15 hourly
