The role involves operating Esporta wash equipment, inventory control, and maintaining a clean, professional work environment with travel to sites as needed. Valid driver's license and teamwork are essential.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in textile care, laundry operations, restoration, or inventory management is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Organizational and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks using ServiceMaster approved products, tools, and procedures.
• Handle laundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding textiles.
• Collect textiles from customers for cleaning and return them as needed.
• Treat stains on items by applying appropriate cleaning techniques.
• Inventory textiles using the Assured program.
• Learn to operate the Esporta wash system and achieve certification as an operator.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, ensure a clean and organized workplace, and be punctual and in uniform.
• Respect coworkers, customers, and company equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance on laundry equipment, including weekly, monthly, and annual upkeep of the Esporta wash system.
• Other duties as assigned or apparent.

Position Summary

Work Environment

This is an in-field position that requires frequent travel to and from active jobsites. Jobsites may contain asbestos, microbial growth, lead, or other hazardous materials; personal protective equipment or PPE will be provided.

Jobsites may or may not have electricity; expect to work in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.

Physical Demands

This position will typically require the employee to stand or walk for extended periods of time and may involve heavy manual labor. Expect to stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, reach, lift, push, pull, and carry items often for this position.
