Key responsibilities include scheduling, training, and evaluating staff, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, managing inventory, reporting any machinery issues, and ensuring quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Assigns, reviews, and evaluates staff performance; coaches, trains, and disciplines employees; manages schedules.
• Controls the workflow of high-volume laundry, ensuring timely completion of duties.
• Ensures proper sanitation, adheres to safety/health regulations (e.g., bloodborne pathogen standards), and maintains high-quality standards.
• Inspects washers, dryers, performs minor repairs and reports major breakdowns to VP of Operations and General Manager.
• Manages supplies, including chemical inventory and linen requisitions.
• Maintains records, reports, and assists with budget management.
