Job summary

Surfside Laundry in Foley, AL, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily laundry operations, lead a team to deliver exceptional service, and ensure production and quality targets are met.

You will supervise, train, and motivate staff; monitor machine performance and perform routine maintenance to prevent downtime; manage inventory and place orders; and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a laundry or similar operational environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
