Job summary

Wellington Health and Rehab in Wellington, KS is seeking a full-time/part-time Laundry Staff to join our caring team. The role runs 6A-2P from Tuesday to Saturday, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, FSA, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, CEU reimbursement, and Daily Pay.

You will collect soiled laundry, wash and dry laundry per instructions, and deliver clean items while maintaining safety and sanitary practices.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Housekeeping or laundry experience preferred but not required. A willingness to learn as needed.
• Solid communication skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, vendors and team members.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LAUNDRY STAFF

You will collect soiled laundry, lines and garments. Wash and dry laundry per instruction. Separate, fold and/or hang garments and deliver to respective areas.

You take great care to enhance safety and sanitary conditions.
