Job summary

Wellington Health and Rehab in Wellington, KS is seeking a dedicated Laundry Staff to join our team. This full-time/part-time role covers 6A-2P, Tuesday through Saturday, with responsibilities including collecting soiled laundry, washing and drying, and delivering clean items to the appropriate areas.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LAUNDRY STAFF

As a Laundry Staff, you play a vital role in our community.

You will collect soiled laundry, lines and garments. Wash and dry laundry per instruction. Separate, fold and /or hang garments and deliver to respective areas.

You take great care to enhance safety and sanitary conditions. You live up to the trust of those in your care by complying with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, maintaining knowledge of and following all company policies and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LAUNDRY STAFF

• Must have ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Housekeeping or laundry experience preferred but not required. A willingness to learn as needed.

• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, vendors and team members.

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position works 8-hour shifts, we are looking for coverage from 6A-2P (Tues-Sat).
