Wellington Health and Rehab in Wellington, KS is seeking a Part-time Housekeeping Staff to join our caring team. Shifts are 6a-2p, with every other weekend, and a focus on clean, safe resident spaces.

Daily Pay option is available.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Housekeeping experience preferred but not required. A willingness to learn as needed.
• Solid communication skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, vendors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, restrooms, hallways and common areas.
• Ensure quality and deep cleaning for residents' rooms after discharge and prepare rooms for new admissions.
• Maintain safety and sanitary conditions; follow laws, rules and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors and colleagues.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPING STAFF

As a Housekeeper Staff, you play a vital role in our community. You clean the resident rooms, restrooms, hallways and common areas. With a close eye for detail, you ensure quality and deep cleaning for residents' rooms after discharge and prepare rooms for new admissions.

You take great care to enhance safety and sanitary conditions. You live up to the trust of those in your care by complying with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, maintaining knowledge of and following all company policies and procedures.
