Paradigm at Faith Memorial in Pasadena, Texas is seeking a dedicated Laundry Aide to join our care team. You will collect, wash, dry, and distribute linens and garments for residents, while maintaining a clean, organized laundry area and adhering to safety and infection-control procedures.

This role focuses on supporting residents and staff by handling personal clothing requests, transporting laundry between rooms, and promoting positive relationships with residents and visitors.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Related experience sufficient to perform duties.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, sort, wash, and dry linens and other garments as directed.
• Count and distribute daily clean linen and garments.
• Wash personal clothing of residents who request this service.
• Maintain the laundry room in a clean and orderly manner; clean when necessary.
• Transport laundry to and from resident rooms, laundry, and other locations as directed.
• Comply with safety and infection control procedures.
• Report hazardous conditions or equipment to the Director of Support Services.
• Understand and comply with rules regarding resident rights; promote positive relationships with residents and visitors.
