Job Description

The Laundry Room Attendant provides superior service to internal and external customers and manages daily laundry operations, including loading, washing, and storing laundry items.

• Provides excellent customer service, interacts positively with customers and employees, and handles difficult situations professionally.
• Operates commercial laundry equipment, sorts and loads linens, and manages linen folding and stacking.
• Maintains inventory control and records.

• Team player with timely task completion.
• Prior laundry experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, especially on weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
