Qualifications

• High School Education or GED preferred.
• Must be able to rotate between Soil and Clean operations.
• Ability to learn multiple production roles quickly (2–5 days learning curve).

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Soil and Clean production areas as needed.
• Assist in sorting returned soil bags and preparing items for washing.
• Operate or support hand folding, ironing, and cart loading processes.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards throughout, including use of equipment and following supervisor instructions.
