Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services is seeking a Production Operator to rotate through soil and clean production areas, learning to operate equipment and support linen processing for hospitals. You will be trained to perform essential duties safely and efficiently, with shifts and pay determined by the area you are assigned.

Employees must be prepared to move between all jobs via rotation as needed, maintaining quality standards and complying with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Employees must be willing to move between all jobs via rotation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Sort returned soiled linen into classifications for washing and prepare for processing.
• Rotate through soil and clean production roles as needed to meet production needs.
• Move empty carts and ensure carts are cleaned, dried and ready for use.
• Fold, iron and stack linens for transport to the next stage of the process.
• Shipping Clerk duties include weighing finished carts and recording information in the system.
