Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services is seeking a Production Operator to rotate across Soil and Clean production areas, learning the full range of linen processing—from receiving and sorting to washing, drying, ironing and loading for delivery to hospitals. Employees learn all equipment and rotate as needed, with a learning curve of 2–5 days per position and a two-week standard to meet expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED preferred.
• Excellent teamwork skills required.
• Willingness to rotate between Soil and Clean production areas.
• Ability to learn new positions within 2–5 days.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Soil Operations to sort and prepare linens for washing.
• Rotate through Clean Operations: catcher, hand fold, ironer, and shipping clerk duties.
• Follow safety standards and quality controls.
• Move carts and operate basic production equipment as assigned.
