Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services is seeking a Production Operator to rotate through Soil and Clean Production areas within the plant. The role emphasizes learning multiple positions to support receiving, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and loading linens for hospitals and medical facilities.

Employees will undergo a rapid learning curve (2–5 days) and will rotate to meet production needs while upholding safety, quality, and customer standards.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED preferred.
• Excellent teamwork skills required.
• Employees must be willing to move between all jobs via rotation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Soil and Clean Production areas to learn and perform duties.
• Sort and prepare soil for washing, manage carts, and ensure safe handling of linens.
• Operate and assist in the hand fold, ironer, catcher, and shipping clerk tasks as assigned.
• Maintain quality standards and safety practices across all production stages.
