Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Round Rock, TX plant. This role oversees all departments at the plant level and reports to the General Manager to drive revenue, profit, and growth in line with company policies.

The position requires strong managerial skills, experience in P/L, and the ability to lead staff while maintaining excellent communication within a diverse team. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in managerial or plant management in a laundry or similar facility.
• Ability to recruit and develop staff and conduct employee reviews.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Job description

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for the proper management of all departments at the plant level and reports to the General Manager. This employee is responsible for revenue, profit and growth at the assigned location and executes primary responsibilities in accordance with Company Policy and Procedures.

Requirements

• Managerial and high level organizational skill experience
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and resourceful to meet established goals
• Previous experience as a Plant Manager or Assistant General Manager in a laundry facility preferred but not required
• Bachelors degree or higher preferred but not required
• Previous experience in P/L
• Must have computer skills such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to work with a variety of individuals. Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Should possess 2+ years in customer service, sales, production management and supervisory role.
• Must possess 1+ years experience in consulting, training, goal setting, employee relations, and problem solving.
• Must be able to recruit and develop staff members and conduct employee reviews.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
