Qualifications

• Two+ years in laundry/textile or manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and quality-control processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read production standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build and control the daily production schedule based on returns and deadlines.
• Supervise the production floor and address bottlenecks.
• Maintain quality, safety, and equipment readiness.
• Coach staff and adjust staffing to meet demand.
• Ensure proper loading, batching, and workflow between stations.
• Handle inquiries from other departments and prioritize tasks.
