Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Laundry Lead Supervisor to aid the Laundry Manager in daily operations, ensuring clean, pressed linen and a smooth resort workflow. This working role combines attendant and supervisory duties within a busy resort laundry team.

You will coach staff, maintain efficiency, and support service excellence behind the scenes, helping deliver the Kalahari experience across our multi-location properties.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of commercial laundry operations.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in a large resort (500+ rooms).
• At least 1 year of supervisory responsibility required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist Laundry Manager with daily laundry operations.
• Ensure adequate supply of clean, pressed linen.
• Lead and coach laundry staff to meet quality standards.
• Maintain efficient workflows and safe chemical handling.
• Prepare reports on linen usage, loss, and turnover.
