• Coordinate room boards and activities for room attendants.
• Lead pre-shift team member meetings and manage staffing needs.
• Maintain inventories of amenities, cleaning supplies and linen stock; place reorders as needed.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring and training of housekeeping staff.
• Ensure team safety and proper ergonomic practices.
