Job summary

Lancaster Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, sanitary, and welcoming patient areas in a one-location facility. You will ensure a safe environment for patients and staff in line with established policies, using proper cleaning products and infection control practices.

Prior hospital or healthcare housekeeping experience is preferred, with attention to detail and reliability valued.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience in hospital, health care or hospitality setting preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment usage including vacuum cleaner, washer, cleaning products, safety, and infection control policies.

Responsibilities

Housekeepers are responsible for completing the following duties and tasks:

• Maintains assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, orderly and attractive condition.
• Provides a suitable environment for the care of patients and staff in accordance with established policies and procedures and in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Lancaster Behavioral Health
