Job summary

Hale Makua Health Services in Maui, HI is seeking a Laundry Helper to keep residents’ linens and clothing clean and ready. The role focuses on sorting, folding, delivering, and maintaining laundry logs to support a safe, comfortable living environment.

You will work on-site at our 90-bed Maui facility, ensuring sanitary laundry operations and assisting with space preparation and delivery carts. Prior institutional laundry experience is preferred, and a current 2-step TB clearance and health

Qualifications

• Prior experience in institutional laundry preferred.
• Current and valid 2 Step TB clearance and health review (can be done in-house).

Responsibilities

• Sorts, folds, stacks, loads and delivers residents clothing and linen.
• Maintains logs related to linen and other supply usage.
• Helps clean and prepare the laundry work spaces and delivery carts.

• Helps clean and prepare the laundry work spaces and delivery carts.
