Job summary

Canyon Ranch Austin seeks a Hotel Linen & Housekeeping Associate to sort, wash, dry and fold linens, operate flatwork iron, and inspect textiles to ensure quality for our wellness retreat teams, as we open in Fall 2026 in the Texas Hill Country.

Responsibilities include keeping washers and dryers clean, following safety protocols, reporting hazards, and collaborating with spa and dining teams; employees receive a generous benefits package, 25 days of time off, and opportunities for growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

• Sort, wash, dry, and fold all linens using proper ergonomic techniques; operate flat work iron for table linens and sheets and inspect linens for wear and tear.
• Maintain cleanliness of washers, dryers, and work areas; ensure proper use and dispensing of cleaning materials and chemicals.
• Follow all safety protocols, report hazards or unsafe practices to management, use safety equipment correctly, and participate in safety programs including daily stretching.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Physical effort: Regular lifting of objects up to 40 lbs.
• Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Work environment: Exposure to hot/cold areas, machinery, and potentially hazardous equipment.
• Mental exertion: Position does not require significant mental concentration; shift schedules may vary.
