Job summary

Holiday Inn Express & Suites is seeking a dependable Laundry Attendant to ensure guests enjoy a clean and comfortable stay by managing linens and towels efficiently.

You will operate washers and dryers, sort, wash, dry, fold, and coordinate with housekeeping to keep linens stocked across the hotel, while following safety and cleaning procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous laundry, housekeeping, or hotel experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect laundry items for stains, damage, or special handling needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area
• Monitor laundry supply levels and notify management of needed items
• Assist with guest laundry requests as needed
• Work closely with housekeeping to ensure linens are available throughout the hotel
• Follow all safety and cleaning procedures
