Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel is seeking a Laundry Attendant to support laundry operations, ensuring linens, towels, and uniforms are clean and guest-ready, contributing to the smooth operation of our hotel and casino.

In this full-time, non-exempt role, you will operate washing machines, inspect textiles, manage inventory, and collaborate with the hotel and laundry teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency during daily shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
• Familiarity with industrial washing and drying machines.
• Understanding of cleaning chemicals and proper handling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Laundry Processing: Operate washing machines and dryers to clean hotel linens, towels, and uniforms.
• Quality Control: Inspect textiles for damages and stains, treating areas that require extra attention to ensure items are guest-ready.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of items laundered and report inventory needs to the Laundry Supervisor.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Efficiency Improvement: Assist in evaluating processes and suggest improvements to increase the efficiency of the laundry operations.
• Team Support: Collaborate with the laundry and housekeeping team members to ensure a smooth flow of linens and uniforms throughout the casino and hotel.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure timely turnover of rooms.
• Other duties as assigned.
