Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel in Chattanooga is seeking a Laundry Attendant to ensure clean and sanitary linens and terry for guests. You will wash, dry, sort, fold and inspect items, while maintaining an organized laundry area and assisting with room/public-space cleaning as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires the ability to follow verbal directions.
• Knowledge of laundry procedures and chemicals/detergents.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Performs laundry duties to provide clean linens and terry for guests, including washing, drying, sorting, folding and inspecting items.
• Maintains clean and organized laundry area and keeps stock/inventory up to date.
• May assist cleaning rooms/public spaces when needed and respond to guest inquiries with a friendly service attitude.
