Qualifications

• Follow verbal directions.
• Knowledge of laundry procedures and supplies.
• Ability to work with variety of chemicals and detergents.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform laundry duties to provide clean linens and terry for guests (wash, dry, sort, fold, inspect).
• Maintain clean and organized laundry area and manage stock/inventory.
• Assist cleaning rooms/public spaces when needed.
• Provide courteous, responsive guest service and handle inquiries/complaints with a positive attitude.
• Support a positive work environment for the team and guests.
