Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel in Pooler, Georgia is seeking a PM Laundry Attendant to support our guest experience from 3pm to 11pm. You’ll wash, dry, sort, fold and inspect linens to ensure cleanliness and quality.

The role keeps the laundry area organized, may assist with room/public space cleaning, and requires a friendly, service-oriented approach to guest inquiries. We offer quarterly bonus opportunities up to $3,200 annually, hotel discounts, free room nights, and a path for growth through mentorship

Qualifications

• Requires ability to follow verbal directions.
• Thorough knowledge of laundry procedures and supplies.
• Ability to work with various chemicals/detergents.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Performs laundry duties to provide clean and sanitary linens for guests.
• Washes, dries, sorts, folds, and inspects items for wear and stains.
• Maintains clean and organized laundry area; assists cleaning rooms/public spaces when needed.
• Provides courteous, friendly guest service and responds promptly to inquiries and requests.
