A Laundry Attendant is responsible for maintaining a constant supply of clean linens for the hotel, contributing to the hotel's ongoing efforts to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Laundry Attendant, your responsibilities include maintaining a steady supply of clean linens for the hotel. Specifically, your tasks will include:

1. Performing all stages of linen processing, such as collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading and unloading (washers, dryers, and chutes), ironing, folding, storing, and delivering linens.
2. Maintaining cleanliness of laundry machinery and the laundry area.
3. Managing stock levels of linens and supplies.
4. Responding promptly, courteously, and efficiently to guest service issues related to laundry.
5. Performing additional laundry services as needed.
