Job Description

A Laundry Attendant is responsible for maintaining a steady supply of clean linens for the hotel, supporting the hotel's commitment to excellent guest service and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Perform all stages of linen processing: collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading/unloading (washers, dryers, chutes), ironing, folding, storing, and delivering linens.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry machinery and area.
• Manage stock levels of linens and supplies.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest service issues related to laundry.
• Perform additional laundry tasks as needed.
