Job summary

InterAction24 is hiring Laundry Attendants for its growing laundromat network in South Florida. This entry-level role handles customer service, Wash & Fold orders, and maintains a clean, efficient store environment.

Full-time, with set 8-hour shifts across mornings and evenings. You will receive paid on-the-job training and can benefit from tips and performance incentives. Multiple locations offer placement near you.

Qualifications

• No prior laundry experience required; we train you from day one.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, answer questions, and resolve basic concerns
• Process customer orders through the point-of-sale system
• Receive, wash, dry, fold, and package Wash & Fold orders with care
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized throughout your shift
• Monitor washers and dryers and report any machine or facility issues promptly
• Help customers operate the machines and load equipment
• Handle a limited amount of cash and complete basic shift-closing procedures
