Job summary

InterAction24 is hiring a full-time Laundry Attendant for a high-volume location on Normandy Drive in Miami Beach. The shift runs Wednesday through Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with Mondays and Tuesdays off. You’ll manage wash-dry-fold orders, operate machines, assist customers at the register, and keep the workspace clean and organized.

We value reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail. Training is provided, and experience in laundry or retail is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Available five days (Wed–Sun) 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.
• Reliable transportation to Normandy Drive, including at 11:00 PM.
• Must be able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Be careful and detail-oriented; ensure tickets match.
• Dependable attendance and on-time arrival for every scheduled day.

Responsibilities

• Take in wash-dry-fold orders and ensure every ticket is accurate.
• Wash, dry, fold, bag and stage customer orders.
• Operate commercial washers and dryers safely and efficiently.
• Greet customers, answer questions and handle payments at the register.
• Keep the floor clean by wiping machines, clearing lint traps, sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies.
• Close the store at night, including cash-out and securing the location.
• Report any machine issues promptly for timely fixes.

InterAction24 is hiring a full-time Laundry Attendant for a busy, high-volume laundry location on Normandy Drive in Miami Beach.

READ THE SHIFT FIRST

Wednesday through Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Same five days, same eight hours, every single week.

Days off: Monday and Tuesday.

This is the only shift open at this location. If you need your weekends, this role is not the right fit, and we would rather tell you that now than waste your time.

But if this schedule works for you, it works really well:

• Your entire morning and early afternoon are yours, every day. Perfect if you take morning classes, handle school drop-off, or already have something in your day.
• You always know when you work. No rotating shifts. No "we will text you Sunday night." You can plan your life a month out.
• Mon­days and Tuesdays off means the doctor, the DMV, the bank and the grocery store without taking time off and without weekend crowds.
• Full-time, 40 hours a week, consistently.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Take in wash-dry-fold orders and get every ticket exactly right, every time
• Wash, dry, fold, bag and stage customer orders
• Operate commercial washers and dryers safely and efficiently
• Greet customers, answer questions, and handle payments at the register
• Keep the floor spotless: wipe machines, clear lint traps, sweep, mop, restock supplies
• Close the store at the end of the night, including cash-out, final cleaning and securing the location
• Report any machine issue right away so it gets fixed before it becomes a problem

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 18 or older
• Available all five days, Wednesday through Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Reliable transportation to and from Normandy Drive, including at 11:00 PM
• Comfortable on your feet for a full shift and able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Careful and detail-oriented. Somebody's clothes are in your hands and the ticket has to match
• Dependable. Showing up on time, every scheduled day, is the whole job

NICE TO HAVE, NOT REQUIRED

• Previous laundry, dry cleaning, housekeeping, hotel, restaurant or retail experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Cash handling or point-of-sale experience
