Job summary

InterAction24 is hiring Laundry Attendants for an established laundromat with two Miami Beach locations. The role involves serving customers, keeping the floor clean, and handling Wash & Fold orders from drop-off through pickup.

We train you from day one; no prior laundry experience required. Full-time, 8-hour shifts: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. Weekend availability is required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Join a growing company with set schedules and steady hours.

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual; ready to work.
• Friendly and comfortable assisting customers.
• Willing to stay active and keep the store clean.
• Comfortable using a computer or point-of-sale system.
• Able to follow procedures and handle customers' clothing carefully.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, answer questions, and resolve basic concerns.
• Process customer orders through the point-of-sale system.
• Receive, wash, dry, fold, and package Wash & Fold orders with care.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized throughout your shift.
• Monitor washers and dryers and report any issues promptly.
• Help customers operate the machines and load equipment.
• Handle a limited amount of cash and complete basic shift-closing procedures.
