Job summary

Tempo by Hilton Del Mar is opening its doors on the West Coast, and we’re assembling an enthusiastic Laundry Attendant team. You’ll clean, dry, fold and store linens to hotel standards, handling bed, bath and F&B linens with care and efficiency.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability and the ability to follow daily procedures; candidates should be comfortable standing for long shifts, handling up to 50 lbs, and participating in a fast-paced hospitality environment while supporting brand-new

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related work experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours in a day.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to follow verbal directions and complete tasks on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Approaches all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Complies with company, hotel, and brand standards which encourage a safe and efficient hotel operation.
• Sorts soiled linens wearing gloves.
• Loads washers with soiled linens.
• Unloads washers with clean, wet linen.
• Loads dryers with clean, wet linen.
• Adjusts washer & dryers for proper settings.
• Folds and stores clean dry towels, washcloths, sheets, pillowcases, napkins, tablecloths.
• Refills/replenishes laundry chemicals.

Job Summary
