Job summary

Holiday Inn Express - Wilmington Medical District is seeking a Laundry Attendant to maintain clean linens, towels, and laundry items for guest comfort. You will operate laundry equipment, sort and fold items, and ensure supplies meet daily demand.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior hotel laundry/housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required. Join us to support outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels.
• Inspect laundry items for stains, damage, or special handling needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area.
• Monitor laundry supply levels and notify management of needed items.
• Assist with guest laundry requests as needed.
• Work closely with housekeeping to ensure linens are available throughout the hotel.
• Follow all safety and cleaning procedures.
