Job summary

The Bellmoor Inn & Spa is seeking a diligent laundry associate to maintain linens and guest laundry in a hotel setting. You will sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron items while ensuring quality and timely service.

Responsibilities include inspecting items, stocking supplies, following safety procedures, and assisting team members to support smooth laundry operations and guest satisfaction.

• Inspect items for stains, damages, or special instructions before processing.
• Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines.
• Ensure all laundry chemicals and supplies are stocked and used appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the laundry area.
• Follow proper safety protocols when handling equipment and chemicals.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Keep accurate records of inventory, including linens and cleaning supplies.
• Assist guests or clients with laundry-related inquiries or requests.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of laundry services.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
