Job summary

Concord is seeking a Laundry Attendant to support our housekeeping team. You will operate laundry equipment, inspect linens, and ensure every item meets our cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include sorting, washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens, while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced hotel environment. Flexible weekends/holidays required; prior laundry or housekeeping experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating laundry equipment or in housekeeping is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

• Operate washers, dryers, and laundry equipment with proper chemical use.
• Sort, inspect, and treat linens; rewash or remove damaged items as needed.
• Load/unload machines and set appropriate cycles for cleanliness.
• Fold, stack, and organize linens to brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and monitor equipment condition.
• Track linen usage and support inventory processes.
• Deliver clean linens to housekeeping and respond to needs promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and report maintenance or linen concerns.
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed.

Our “Heart of the House” team keeps everything running behind the scenes! As a Laundry Attendant, you play a vital role in delivering a clean, fresh, and consistent experience by ensuring every linen meets ourhigh standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate andmonitorwashers, dryers, and laundry equipment, including proper chemical use.

• Sort, inspect, and treat linens based on fabric type and condition; rewash or remove damaged items as needed.
• Load/unload machines, setappropriate cycles, and ensure all items meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Fold, stack, and organize linens according to brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and routinely clean equipment (lint traps, filters, etc.).
• Track linen usage and support inventory processes.
• Deliver clean linens to housekeeping and respond promptly to team and guest needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and report maintenance or linen concerns.
• Assistwithadditionalhousekeeping duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior laundry or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand forlong periodsandlift upto 25–50 lbs.
• Reliable, organized, and committed tomaintainingcleanliness standards.
• Professional communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Must be available toworka flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays (required).
