Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking Laundry Attendants to join our team in Pittsburgh. The role requires flexibility with shifts, with a primary focus on evening hours from 3PM to 11PM.

You will be essential in keeping hotel laundry running smoothly, ensuring items are cleaned, pressed, and ready for guests. Responsibilities include operating laundry equipment, determining care for stained items, inspecting cleanliness, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience operating laundry equipment (washers/dryers/dry cleaning) and monitoring cycles.

• Identify stained or damaged items and determine status for repair, spot treatment, rewash, or discard.

We are Hiring Laundry Attendants!

Note: **This position is requiring a candidate who can be flexible with shifts, but primarily be available in the evenings**

This position is a 3PM to 11PM shift time.

Responsibilities

Our "Heart of the House" Associates keep our Guests coming back! You are the key contributors to keeping our hotel clean, fresh, and sparkling every day!

• Operate and monitor washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery, including adding chemicals and cleaning lint traps.
• Identify stained or damaged items and determine status for repair, spot treatment, rewash, or discard.
• Inspect cleanliness of articles removed from the washer, dryer, or dry cleaning machines and place in clean linen carts.
• Set dryers to designated times and temperatures based on fabrics contained in load.
• Remove lint and debris from dryer screens, dry cleaning filters, and drain trap after each load.
• Fold cleaned articles into designated size, either by hand or using folding machine. Maintain accurate records of items laundered.
