Role Description: We are seeking a reliable and friendly Laundromat Attendant. In this role, you will ensure the laundromat is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers. You will assist with wash and fold services, handle basic machine maintenance, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with questions or issues
• Operate and monitor washers, dryers, and folding equipment.
• Perform wash, dry, and fold services.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including floors, machines, folding tables, and restrooms.
• Ensure supplies (detergent and dryer sheets) are stocked.
• Enforce laundromat rules to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

Laundry Staff Shifts:

• Morning Shift: 6AM to 3PM
• Afternoon/Night Shift: 3PM to 12AM

Qualifications

• Proficiency in laundry and laundry services
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience operating dryers and other laundry equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• English language is required

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 45 per week
