Job Overview: The House Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, ironing, folding, and distributing all linens, towels, napkins, and tablecloths, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for guest use.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain courteous and helpful attitude towards guests, managers, and colleagues.
2. Understand operation of washing machines and dryers.
3. Load and unload laundry according to standards.
4. Wash and dry all soiled linens and towels.
5. Sort linens by type, color, and size.
6. Pre-treat stained linens before washing.
7. Clean dryer filters daily and maintain equipment.
8. Operate irons safely and turn off at the end of shifts.
9. Keep laundry area clean and floors swept and mopped.
10. Fold towels and linens neatly.
11. Sort and load clean linens onto carts.
12. Ensure all linens are stored off the floor to maintain hygiene standards.
13. Maintain overall guest satisfaction through efficient laundry service.
