Job summary

Tandem Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a Laundry Attendant to support Hotel Morgan and ensure linens are clean, pressed, and ready for use across departments.

You will wash, dry, and iron linens, monitor loads, and maintain accurate records while following safety policies. The role requires physical stamina and a customer‑service mindset to warmly assist guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift. Requires repetitive motion.

Responsibilities

• Identify stained or damaged items and determine status for repair, spot treatment, rewash, or discard.
• Inspect cleanliness of articles removed from the washer, dryer, or dry-cleaning machines and place in clean linen carts.
• Set dryer to designated times and temperatures based on fabrics contained in load.
• Remove lint and debris from dryer screens, dry cleaning filters, and drain trap after each load.
• Fold cleaned articles into designated size, either by hand or using folding machine.
• Maintain accurate records of items laundered.
• Deliver folded linen to designated storage areas.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions; complete safety training and certifications.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure clean uniform and professional personal appearance; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
