Job summary

The Madison Club in La Quinta, CA seeks a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant responsible for washing and folding towels and linens for the clubhouse, locker rooms, pool, and on-course comfort stations. You will support general housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean, organized environment.

You must be able to follow SOPs, communicate professionally with members and staff, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must be able to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with members, guests, and coworkers.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must have a valid driver license and registration
• Must have current car insurance

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.

The Company’s good faith estimate of the hourly rate it expects to pay for this role is $18-$21 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
