Job summary

The Madison Club is a private, luxury resort community in La Quinta, CA seeking a team member to support towel and linen distribution, housekeeping, and guest services. You will follow safety SOPs, greet members by surname, and assist in keeping common areas pristine and well-stocked.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. This is a full-time role offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Must communicate effectively with members, guests, and coworkers.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must have a valid driver license and registration.
• Must have current car insurance.

• Wash, fold, and distribute towels and linens to appropriate areas on property.
• Follow SOPs for golf cart safety rules and proper uniform attire and grooming.
• Assist in general housekeeping duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Assist kitchen staff by keeping the employee lounge stocked and clean.
• Adhere to safe working environment; communicate inventory needs when par levels are low.
• Greet members formally by using their surname.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.

• The Company’s good faith estimate of the hourly rate it expects to pay for this role is $18-$21 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
