Position Summary: Assure efficient collection, sorting, cleaning, and distribution of laundry to provide high-quality laundry services to guests.

Responsibilities

1. Collect, record, sort, and process property laundry, involving bending, stooping, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
2. Process laundry through presser, requiring continuous bending, standing, and manual dexterity.
3. Assist in other laundry department areas during downtime.
4. Fold sheets neatly and efficiently.
5. Clear linen from laundry chute and sort in carts.
6. Respond to guest and associate inquiries regarding laundry services.
7. Perform additional duties such as cleaning rooms or assisting other staff as needed.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to push/pull carts weighing up to 150 pounds.
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds.
