Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Laundry Attendant to operate laundry equipment, sort and treat linens, and deliver clean items to the housekeeping team.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work quickly in a busy environment, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Prior laundry or housekeeping experience is preferred, with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Description

We are hiring Laundry Attendants!

Our “Heart of the House” team keeps everything running behind the scenes! As a Laundry Attendant, you play a vital role in delivering a clean, fresh, and consistent experience by ensuring every linen meets our high standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor washers, dryers, and laundry equipment, including proper chemical use.

Sort, inspect, and treat linens based on fabric type and condition; rewash or remove damaged items as needed.

Load/unload machines, set appropriate cycles, and ensure all items meet cleanliness and quality standards.

Fold, stack, and organize linens according to brand standards.

Maintain clean, organized work areas and routinely clean equipment (lint traps, filters, etc.).

Track linen usage and support inventory processes.

Deliver clean linens to housekeeping and respond promptly to team and guest needs.

Follow all safety procedures and report maintenance or linen concerns.
