CareCore at Willowood is seeking a dependable and hardworking Laundry Attendant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include washing, drying, folding, distributing linens, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with housekeeping and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in laundry, housekeeping, or healthcare preferred.
• Must be dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active during shifts.
• Compassionate and respectful in a senior care environment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident linens and clothing
• Collect soiled laundry throughout the facility
• Keep laundry areas clean, organized, and sanitary
• Properly handle and separate linens according to infection control guidelines
• Ensure residents' personal clothing is returned accurately and promptly
• Maintain adequate linen supplies throughout the facility
• Work closely with housekeeping and nursing staff as needed

Qualifications

• Previous laundry, housekeeping, or healthcare experience preferred
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift
