Job summary

CareCore at Lima, a long term care and rehabilitation facility, seeks a dependable Laundry Aide to join our team. This role supports resident comfort and dignity by handling clothing and linens with care.

Responsibilities include washing, drying, folding, and distributing items; maintaining a clean laundry area; and following infection control procedures. Training is provided for those new to EVS work.

Qualifications

• Previous EVS/laundry experience preferred, but training is provided.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation.

CareCore at Lima, a long term care and rehabilitation facility, is seeking a dependable and detail oriented Laundry Aide to join our team . CareCore at Lima offers a supportive work environment where your role directly impacts the comfort and dignity of our residents.

Schedule

• 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

• Includes every other weekend rotation

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident clothing and facility linens

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area

• Follow proper infection control and safety procedures

• Ensure linens and clothing are handled with care and respect for residents

Qualifications

• Previous laundry for EVS experience preferred, but not required, we will train the right candidate!

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation

• Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail
